Recently Green People contacted me to review some of their products from their men’s skincare range. “Please note that the opinions on this post are mine and I haven’t been asked for anything else than my honest opinion. I used the products almost every day for one month and finally here is my full review.”

1/detox shower gel-green people for men

The Detox Shower Gel is made of 99% natural ingredients, 73% organics. It has no parabens and nothing nasty inside which is really great for my skin. This detox shower gel can be used as a shampoo too. The fragrance Cypress and Clove is nice but I expected a stronger scent. I am the type of man that likes a burst of scents from my shower gel in the morning. I also know that a lot of men prefer a fragrance free, or a shower gel with a light fragrance, in that case this Detox Shower Gel from Green People is a great product. £12.50

2/itchy away shampoo-green people for men

This is a soothing, certified organic shampoo to relieve itchy or irritated scalps. Luckily for me I don’t suffer from an itchy scalp, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to see if it works for this purpose. However as a shampoo it is definitely a great product. It smells really good: (tea tree, rosemary and aloe vera) and it leaves my hair nice, clean and soft! Impressive product! Love it! Itchy Away Shampoo £13.50

3/organic face scrub-green people for men (£15)

I use a face scrub 2 or 3 times a week instead of a face wash. The exfoliating face scrub by Green People is made of 99% natural ingredients, 90% organic. This is a fantastic face scrub! It gives my skin a really deep clean and it doesn’t irritate it. This is an absolutely must have in your bathroom and you must include this face scrub in your skincare routine ASAP! available on Amazon UK

4/antioxidant serum-green people for men (£20)

This 89% organic ingredients repair serum has anti-ageing benefits. It has anti wrinkle benefits and it is rich in antioxidants. Personally I think that once you have wrinkles it is very difficult to reduce them, but this repair serum by Green People leaves my skin firm and fresh. My skin looks healthier, so in one way it is working. My advice is to apply the serum all over your face and neck then apply your daily moisturiser. Your skin will look great! available on Amazon UK

5/taming beard oil-green people for men

This lightweight, non-greasy beard oil is made of 99% organic ingredients. It has a very powerful scent that is very masculine and woody. It works nicely with my stubble, and it hydrates my skin too. Overall an excellent organic beard oil with a powerful and incredible fragrance! A must have! Taming Beard by Green People £17.50

final thoughts

Overall I am very happy with the products I’ve received. My favourites are the Face Scrub, Beard Oil and the Itch Away Shampoo. The Detox Shower Gel didn’t really work for me (it’s ok but not great) and the Serum is very good but you have to use it with a good moisturiser if you want the best results. However if like me you are into organic products and want to try something different, Green People has an amazing selection of products for men, but also women and kids! The packaging is great, products are organics and most of the ones I’ve tried are truly amazing...so you can’t go wrong!
